Crises Control listed in leading EMNS software report

Crises Control has featured once more in the latest Continuity Insurance & Risk Magazine Emergency & Mass Notification Software Report for 2020, a market leading analysis of the top 11 global suppliers of EMNS software, including FACT24, Everbridge, Onsolve and AtHoc.

The report’s market review notes that integration with business continuity and other systems is helping mass notification software to evolve from a simple multichannel public address system to become a sophisticated and often indispensable business tool.

The size of the market continues to expand and is estimated to be worth £13.3 billion in 2024 compared to £5.6 billion today. Implementation of EMN systems has risen from 25% in 2017 to 37% in 2019 according to a Gartner survey, with increased adoption due in part to large and multinational organisations deciding to use these tools throughout their operations.

The report references Crises Control as being one vendor that has developed multiple offerings, dividing its solution into three parts: a mass notification app, an incident management module and a Plan Builder module. The solution can be used to locate individual employees during incidents, while individuals can use a panic button function on their phones to send a location-specific SOS to the organisation.
