Following the completion of his degree at the London School of Economics (LSE), Shalen enjoyed a distinguished career within financial organisations in London. Following this, he founded Crises Control.
His current role requires an understanding of global financial and political issues as well as the vision and ability to take risks in creating domestic and international business developments. This is combined with a sheer tenacity to get things done.
He is a well-organised, professional individual who can communicate effectively at all levels and is well versed at making large key decisions. He works very well under pressure, to tight deadlines and is extremely strategically and analytically minded.
