We are looking for an AI Product Specialist to help shape the future of CRAiG, the Crises Control AI Assistant, and drive the development of AI-powered capabilities across our platform.
Role Overview
As an AI Product Specialist, you will work at the intersection of product, technology, and customer experience, helping define how artificial intelligence can improve emergency communications, incident management, operational resilience, and organisational preparedness.
You will collaborate closely with product, engineering, customer success, and leadership teams to identify opportunities for AI innovation, validate customer needs, and launch intelligent features that deliver measurable value.
This is a remote position, offering the opportunity to help build cutting-edge AI solutions used by organisations around the world.
Key Responsibilities
- Define AI product requirements, user stories, and feature specifications.
- Work closely with engineering teams to design and deliver AI-powered capabilities.
- Conduct customer interviews, workshops, and discovery sessions to understand user needs.
- Evaluate emerging AI technologies, trends, and practical business applications.
- Support the development and evolution of CRAiG, the Crises Control AI Assistant.
- Create product documentation, training materials, and customer enablement resources.
- Analyse product usage and adoption data to measure customer outcomes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for automation and intelligent decision support.
- Contribute to the overall AI product roadmap and strategic direction.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, or a related discipline.
- Strong understanding of Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and AI-assisted workflows.
- Experience working with SaaS products or cloud-based software platforms.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Comfortable working with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.
- Genuine curiosity for emerging technologies and innovation.
Nice To Have
- Experience working with AI-enabled enterprise software.
- Familiarity with crisis management, business continuity, or operational resilience.
- Experience conducting customer discovery and user research.
