Role Overview
As an Operational Resilience Consultant, you will work directly with customers to assess resilience maturity, identify vulnerabilities, and design practical frameworks that improve organisational readiness.
You will combine consulting expertise with the capabilities of the Crises Control platform to help organisations build stronger crisis management, business continuity, and operational resilience programmes.
This is a remote position with opportunities to work alongside organisations across multiple industries and regions.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct operational resilience, preparedness, and maturity assessments.
- Facilitate crisis management workshops and resilience exercises.
- Support the development of incident response and recovery plans.
- Design crisis communication frameworks and escalation processes.
- Assist customers during onboarding and adoption programmes.
- Provide subject matter expertise during sales engagements and customer meetings.
- Develop resilience-focused guidance, best practices, and thought leadership content.
- Support tabletop exercises and simulation activities.
- Help customers maximise the value of the Crises Control platform.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in Business Continuity, Operational Resilience, Crisis Management, or Risk Management.
- Strong consulting, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to analyse complex organisational challenges and recommend practical solutions.
- Experience delivering workshops and executive presentations.
- Comfortable working with customers across multiple sectors and geographies.
Nice To Have
- Professional certifications such as CBCI, MBCI, ISO 22301, ISO 31000, or equivalent.
- Experience working with enterprise software or SaaS platforms.
- Knowledge of regulatory resilience requirements and industry standards.
- Experience supporting crisis exercises or incident response programmes.
- Background in financial services, healthcare, government, aviation, energy, or critical infrastructure sectors.
