As we continue to expand into larger enterprise accounts and strategic markets, we are looking for an Enterprise Solutions Consultant to help organisations understand how Crises Control can support their operational resilience, emergency communications, and incident management requirements.
Role Overview
As an Enterprise Solutions Consultant, you will act as a trusted advisor throughout the sales process, helping prospective customers understand how Crises Control can solve complex operational challenges.
Working closely with sales, product, implementation, and customer success teams, you will design tailored solutions, deliver compelling demonstrations, and support strategic enterprise opportunities.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys combining technical expertise, business consulting, and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead discovery workshops with prospective customers.
- Understand customer requirements and design tailored platform solutions.
- Deliver engaging product demonstrations and presentations.
- Support RFPs, tenders, and procurement processes.
- Produce solution documentation, proposals, and technical responses.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to address customer requirements.
- Support strategic enterprise sales opportunities from qualification through close.
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Provide feedback to product teams based on customer needs and market trends.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in SaaS solution consulting, pre-sales, or solution engineering.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Experience responding to RFPs, tenders, and enterprise procurement processes.
- Strong understanding of enterprise software and cloud technologies.
- Ability to engage confidently with executive-level stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving and solution design capabilities.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote environment.
Nice To Have
- Experience in crisis management, emergency communications, business continuity, or operational resilience.
- Technical understanding of integrations, APIs, and enterprise architecture.
- Experience supporting large-scale SaaS implementations.
- Familiarity with security, compliance, and governance requirements.
