CRAiG Improvements

CRAiG is now smarter and more helpful than ever. It can guide you through account and profile setup, troubleshoot common issues like not receiving alerts and explain various settings and configurations such as Push notifications and Incident KPIs. You can quickly access SOS alerts, media assets and more, with the option to have the details emailed to you. CRAiG can also generate detailed Incident and Task Audit Reports and assist with key Incident management tasks like launching Incidents, setting up Conference calls and integrating with Microsoft Teams.

Conference Call Enhancements

You can now start a conference call with just one user on the Mobile App and add more users to the call directly from the app as needed. This gives you greater flexibility and control when initiating live discussions.

Modify Incident Name on Launch

When launching an Incident from the Mobile App, you can now edit the Incident Name before it goes live. This provides more flexibility and ensures the name accurately reflects the situation.

Suppression List

The Suppression List feature is now also available on the Mobile App under Reports. Admins can view and manage blocked emails directly from their mobile device, just as they can on the Web Portal.

General Bug Fixes

  • Improved flow when receiving Ping or Incident messages
  • Fixed Push notification sound issue on Android devices
  • Corrected time zone discrepancies on the Mobile App
