Silent Mode Override
The Alert sound plays even when your mobile device is switched to silent mode. This feature is compatible with both Android and iOS platform.
Tracking Permission
To enhance the user experience and safety, we’ve made some improvements to ‘Track me during Incident’. Now, users can enable or disable tracking for each Incident at any time, even if they initially declined the tracking prompt on the mobile device. This empowers users to maintain control over their privacy rights while ensuring they can choose to enable tracking when necessary.
